PFor the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and UK data protection laws, the controller is The Forge Simulation (a brand of The Forge Digital Ltd).
Collection and Use of Information
By using The Forge Simulation’s online site and products, users agree that The Forge Simulation may collect aggregate information, individual information, and personally identifiable information, as defined below. The Forge Simulation may share aggregate information and individual information with other parties. The Forge Simulation shall not share personally identifiable information with other parties, except as described in the policy below.

Children Under The Age of 13
The Forge Simulation will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person age 12 and under. The Forge Simulation encourages parents to instruct their children to never give out personal information when online. Parents who are concerned about the transfer of personal information from their children may contact us at (email address to be added shortly) to obtain a record of any information held by The Forge Simulation and have it removed at their request.
Cookies and Other Information on a User’s Machine
The Forge Simulation also stores information on a user’s hard drive that is used in conjunction with The Forge Simulation products. This may include a unique authorisation key that is created automatically during product purchase. This authorisation key is used to identify a user’s download request as valid and allow access to The Forge Simulation’s products. Information regarding billing, your account, your Internet connection and the The Forge Simulation software installed on your computer are recorded on the server in connection with your use of The Forge Simulation software.
The Forge Simulation gives users the option of discontinuing receipt of promotional email communications from The Forge Simulation. Instructions for discontinuing receipt of promotional email communications from The Forge Simulation will be provided in such subsequent email communications to users.
Storage and Security of Information
Personally identifiable information will be processed and stored by The Forge Simulation in databases hosted in the United Kingdom. The Forge Simulation has taken reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us, including, but not limited to, setup of processes, equipment and software to avoid unauthorised access or disclosure of this information.
The Forge Simulation does not store credit card details, nor do we share
customer details with any 3rd parties.

How long we retain your data
